Returns and Exchanges

Returns:
We do not accept returns but please contact us if you have any problems with your order as we want to make sure you're happy.

We gladly accept exchanges
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Sorry, but personalized products may not be returned unless the error was our responsibility. We will fix it free of charge. If the error was yours, we will work with you to fix it. Please contact us for more information.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Returns and exchange details:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Defective or broken products must be returned within 14 days. We will fix or replace your product, and credit your return shipping up to $3.29. Please mail in its original packaging, along with receipt (or order number), and a note stating the problem to:

Cancellations:
We will try to accommodate cancellations – however, since we will often start fulfilling orders immediately, please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.

 

Shipping

We ship via the US Postal Service (USPS).

Note: If you do not include information for custom orders, or if we have questions about your order, there will be a delay on your order until you confirm your order requirements with us.

All items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) with confirmation number. Please use a USPS verified address. We also offer expedited (Priority) shipping (1-3 days). International orders are also shipped via USPS.

Lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages are the responsibility of the USPS – sorry, but we are unable to accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages after they have been picked up by USPS. If your package was not received and you had purchased Priority shipping, we will help file a claim for your order. The USPS has guidelines on the window of time for filing a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot file claims for Standard/First-Class shipping.

International Shipping:
VAT FEES / DUTIES TAXES are paid by the buyer. Please check your country's website for import and duties regulations prior to purchase to see if VAT fees apply to your purchase. International Standard shipping takes 7-20 days.
