Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your ScriptCharms purchase! We do not accept returns but will gladly offer exchanges on items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders. But don't worry, if we made a mistake – we will fix it! If the error was yours, we will work with you to fix it. Please contact us for more information.

Returns and exchange details:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or broken products must be returned within 14 days. We will fix or replace your product, and credit your return shipping up to $3.29. Please mail in its original packaging, along with receipt (or order number), and a note stating the problem to:

Cancellations:
We will try to accommodate cancellations – however, since we will often start fulfilling orders immediately, please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs of the exchanged item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
