We ship via the US Postal Service (USPS).

All items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) with confirmation number. Please use a USPS verified address. We also offer expedited (Priority) shipping (1-3 days). International orders are also shipped via USPS. We cannot guarantee delivery times, and delivery can be delayed before holidays.
Lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages are the responsibility of the USPS – sorry, but we are unable to accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages after they have been picked up by USPS. If your package was not received and you had purchased Priority shipping, you can file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The USPS has guidelines on the window of time for filing a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot file claims for Standard/First-Class shipping.
International Shipping:
VAT FEES / DUTIES TAXES are paid by the buyer. Please check your country's website for import and duties regulations prior to purchase to see if VAT fees apply to your purchase. International Standard shipping takes 7-20 days.
